My optometrist was so friendly, helpful and full of information. I'm not sure of his name but I attended Meadowhall branch, 09/12 at 2.15. I was 100% happy with the service, he covered everything.

The movement around the department and use of equipment was simple and straightforward due to the directions given by the assistant. Seating arrangements seemed unclear to me at first. Limited space to move around and choose spec frames. I was often in someone's way.
